I have lived in the beautiful state of Wisconsin all my life. I am happily married and have two amazing sons (8 & 5). I am a diehard Brewers and Packers fan. I've been collecting autographs for nearly 26 years, since I was about 11 years old. I collect mainly baseball, football and basketball, but have enjoyed adding hockey, golf, racing, music/entertainment/celebrities, politicians, etc. into my collection when desired.
I have no real specific focus for my collection, but I've suddenly gotten an interest in 1989 Fleer baseball. (I know, an awfully unattractive set, but for some reason autographs seem to look really great on these cards.) I also really enjoy collecting Negro Leagues, AAGPBL, vintage, as well as all of the Allen & Ginter sets, and the 1998 Sports Illustrated Then and Now Legends of the Game. As a huge Brewers fan, I recently decided to try and complete the 1992 Carlson Travel Brewers Promo Set commemorating the 1982 Brewers. Link here:
I collect Packers, Brewers, Badgers, and Bucks. Local interest includes the La Crosse Loggers (especially alum in the majors), Sheboygan Indians, and the Sheboygan RedSkins. Specific players I look for are Scott Servais, Damian Miller, and George Williams.
Lastly, I am trying to add as many hall of famers to my collection as I can. I'm not allowing myself to spend extravagant amounts of money on this hobby (I have strong will power...usually) so my hall of fame scope is limited, but it is quite enjoyable to add a HOF autograph when possible.
